1. CfP: LOKALHISTORIA I UTBILDNING – VÄGVAL I SKOLANS HISTORIA
Vi söker bidrag till ett höstnummer med fokus på lokalhistoria i utbildningssammanhang. Numret behandlar hur det lokala används, gestaltas och ges betydelse i historieundervisning, samt hur det relateras till nationella och globala perspektiv.
Vi välkomnar artiklar om exempelvis undervisningspraktik, didaktiska val, användning av historiska platser och lokala resurser, samt lokalhistoria i olika delar av utbildningssystemet.
Teman
1. Lokalhistoria i läroplaner och politisk diskussion över tid
– Hur lokalhistoria har formulerats i läroplaner, kursplaner och politiska dokument
– Förändringar i synen på lokalhistoriens funktion i relation till nationella och globala perspektiv
2. Lokalhistoria som pedagogisk praktik och resurs
– Hur lokalhistoria används i undervisning, exempelvis genom exkursioner och arbete med det omgivande landskapet
– Didaktiska val och hur undervisning organiseras kring det lokala
3. Lokalhistoria i framtidens styrdokument och lärarutbildning
– Hur det lokala behandlas i kommande eller nyligen reviderade läroplaner och kursplaner
– Lokalhistoriens plats i historielärarutbildningen och dess implikationer för undervisningens innehåll och utformning
4. Kulturarv och det lokala i skolan
– Hur kyrkor, byggnader, arkiv och andra kulturarvsplatser används i undervisning
– Lokalhistoria i relation till kulturarv och tillgängliggörande av historiskt material

2. VACANCY: POSTDOC HISTORY OF EVERYDAY NATIONALISM
Tampere University invites applications for one fixed-term position as Postdoctoral Researcher in the History of Everyday Nationalism for the period 1 September 2026–28 February 2029. This position is part of the Everyday Affordances of Nationalism sub-project in the Research Council of Finland Centre of Excellence in Nationalism Research in the Humanities (NARS).
The appointment is full-time and located in the Unit of History, Philosophy and Literary Studies at Tampere University. The location of work is in Tampere, Finland.
